Four spacious and practically furnished holiday apartments await you in our VITA holiday residence: Dannenberg, Dömitz, Ludwigslust and Schwerin. Whether you are traveling alone, with your family or have business in the region – with us you will find the right place to relax, unwind and feel good.

The spacious apartments are equipped with comfortable single or double beds and are designed in a friendly, bright style. Each accommodation has its own bathroom Shower, toilet, fresh towels and toiletries – for a pleasant start to the day.

There is one available for your daily self-care own, well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils available. A small seating area with a table offers space to linger, work or plan your excursions. The equipment of each apartment also includes: TV and free WiFi, so you stay well connected even when you’re on the go.

The outdoor area of the holiday residence is designed to be friendly and inviting. Our large garden with barbecue area and seating invites you to relax in the fresh air. A sporty variety is provided Table tennis table, which can be used by all guests. Stand for cyclists free, secure parking options available.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for Leisure activities – especially for nature lovers. Idyllic hiking trails invite you to explore the picturesque landscape. There are also shopping opportunities nearby, so you can easily reach everything you need.

Free parking spaces are available directly at the accommodation – reservation is not necessary. Pets are very welcome here, so that your four-legged companions don’t have to miss out on a relaxing stay.

I would be happy to come again, whether for business or pleasure. Very quiet location and the next time I’m there privately, I’ll definitely take a bike with me – there are storage spaces available. The fireplace room on the ground floor is particularly beautiful. The shared kitchen is also well-equipped and offers everything you need on vacation. There is a supermarket nearby and an excellent country bakery (Bäckerei Görlitz). There is also a barbecue available outside. There’s really nothing to improve on – the price is great!

Absolutely recommended for an independent and uncomplicated stay! Quietly and beautifully located, our double room was exactly as shown on booking.com. Everything was quite new, very clean and functional. The reception by an employee was extremely friendly and provided a lot of helpful information. It may be noisier in the house when it is full, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. And we also really liked the tea and coffee selection in the well-equipped communal kitchen, even though we didn’t use any of it after only one night. Maybe next time, we’d love to come back!

Absolutely positive surprise, ideal stop for cyclists. The park-like garden with lots of seating is great, and there are also grills available for use. Since the self-catering kitchen is well equipped and a Netto market is only a few minutes away by bike, we didn’t have to drive to Dömitz to eat, but were able to sit and have a barbecue in the garden and marvel at the stars and shooting stars. The rooms are nice and big. Check-in went smoothly and the next morning we were able to have a relaxed breakfast. The manager is extremely friendly. A little tip: definitely visit the old paper factory.
