In our VITA holiday residence in the “Jochen” house you will find cozy and practically equipped guest rooms for 3 to 5 people. A well-groomed one Garden, a sunny one terrace as well as one Community kitchen provide additional comfort. Whether you are traveling alone, with the family or have business in the region – with us you can enjoy comfort, peace and a family atmosphere.

Each room has one own bathroom with shower, toilet, fresh towels and care products – for a pleasant start to the day. The equipment also includes a Flat screen TV as well as free WiFi, so you stay well connected even when you’re on the go.

There is one available for your daily self-care well-equipped shared kitchen with breakfast room available. Coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, kettle and all important kitchen utensils are available. Start the day with a leisurely breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Shops – including a bakery – are just 800 meters away.

The outdoor area of ​​the holiday residence is friendly. Our large garden with barbecue area and Seating invites you to linger in the fresh air. A sporty variety is provided Table tennis table, which can be used by all guests. Cyclists stand free, secure Storage options available.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for Leisure activities – especially for nature lovers. Idyllic hiking trails lead through the picturesque landscape. You will also find other shopping opportunities nearby, so you can easily reach everything you need.

Free parking spaces are available directly at the accommodation – reservation is not necessary. Also Pets are with us welcomeso that your four-legged companions can also enjoy a relaxing stay.

I would be happy to come again, whether for business or pleasure. Very quiet location and the next time I’m there privately, I’ll definitely take a bike with me – there are storage spaces available. The fireplace room on the ground floor is particularly beautiful. The shared kitchen is also well-equipped and offers everything you need on vacation. There is a supermarket nearby and an excellent country bakery (Bäckerei Görlitz). There is also a barbecue available outside. There’s really nothing to improve on – the price is great!

Absolutely recommended for an independent and uncomplicated stay! Quietly and beautifully located, our double room was exactly as shown on booking.com. Everything was quite new, very clean and functional. The reception by an employee was extremely friendly and provided a lot of helpful information. It may be noisier in the house when it is full, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. And we also really liked the tea and coffee selection in the well-equipped communal kitchen, even though we didn’t use any of it after only one night. Maybe next time, we’d love to come back!

Absolutely positive surprise, ideal stop for cyclists. The park-like garden with lots of seating is great, and there are also grills available for use. Since the self-catering kitchen is well equipped and a Netto market is only a few minutes away by bike, we didn’t have to drive to Dömitz to eat, but were able to sit and have a barbecue in the garden and marvel at the stars and shooting stars. The rooms are nice and big. Check-in went smoothly and the next morning we were able to have a relaxed breakfast. The manager is extremely friendly. A little tip: definitely visit the old paper factory.

“I celebrated my 50th birthday in the VITA holiday residence – that was a great decision! The surroundings are quiet and green, just right for relaxing. We had a lot of space for family and friends. In the evening we grilled together – outside in the garden, with a view of the greenery. It was very cozy. We were able to prepare everything well in the communal kitchen – it is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. All the guests were thrilled. I can really recommend the VITA holiday residence – we had a wonderful time!”
