The location close to nature creates the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and at the same time inspiring event.

Kitchen, dishes, service options – everything for your successful event

You also benefit from a quiet atmosphere, practical equipment and a fully equipped kitchen with enough crockery and cutlery. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks and serve them on site – or have them delivered by a caterer. We will be happy to provide you with relevant contact details upon request.

A special highlight is our spacious Garden, which you can use exclusively with your event room. Whether it’s a champagne reception in the open air, relaxed coffee breaks in the countryside or atmospheric evening hours – the idyllic setting makes your event an unforgettable experience. There is also a covered one Barbecue area with charcoal or gas grill available – perfect for sociable barbecue evenings or casual outdoor events.

Very quiet location and the next time I’m there privately, I’ll definitely take a bike with me – there are storage spaces available. The fireplace room on the ground floor is particularly beautiful. The shared kitchen is also well-equipped and offers everything you need on vacation. There is a supermarket nearby and an excellent country bakery (Bäckerei Görlitz). There is also a barbecue available outside. There’s really nothing to improve on – the price is great!

Absolutely recommended for an independent and uncomplicated stay! Quietly and beautifully located, our double room was exactly as shown on booking.com. Everything was quite new, very clean and functional. The reception by an employee was extremely friendly and provided a lot of helpful information. It may be noisier in the house when it is full, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. And we also really liked the tea and coffee selection in the well-equipped communal kitchen, even though we didn’t use any of it after only one night. Maybe next time, we’d love to come back!

I celebrated my 50th birthday in the VITA holiday residence – that was a great decision! The surroundings are quiet and green, just right for relaxation. We had a lot of space for family and friends. In the evening we grilled together – outside in the garden, with a view of the countryside. That was very comfortable. We were able to prepare everything well in the shared kitchen – it is fully equipped and nothing was missing. All guests were thrilled. I can really recommend the VITA holiday residence – we had a wonderful time!

“Absolutely positive surprise, ideal stop for cyclists. The park-like garden with lots of seating is great, and there are also grills available for use. Since the self-catering kitchen is well equipped and a Netto market is only a few minutes away by bike, we didn’t have to drive to Dömitz to eat, but were able to sit and have a barbecue in the garden and marvel at the stars and shooting stars. The rooms are nice and big. Check-in went smoothly and the next morning we were able to have a relaxed breakfast. The manager is extremely friendly. A little tip: definitely visit the old paper factory.”
